Warranty Repair Services

Warranty repair service can be provided depending on the main parts of a product and commencing from start of the warranty period if the main parts suffer performance failures.

You can request Warranty Repair Service where:

  • The product must not been subjected to abnormal or unauthorised used, as intended by the manufacturer during the warranty period.
  • No unauthorised disassembling, modification or installation has been performed on the product or a component.
  • Valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number is provided.

Warranty Repair Service will not be provided where:

  • Damage caused by unauthorised modification or disassembly not in accordance with the official instructions of manuals.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised circuit modification and mismatch or misuse of the battery or charger.
  • Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthenticated third-party parts.
  • Damage caused by operating the unit with a defective battery.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tempering or alteration.
